Hi. My long-time PF1e playgroup is going to try out 2e for the first time soon, and I decided to build a 2-handing Magus build with a bastard sword. Since they're clearly promoting the 2-handing style with the Inexorable Iron study, I figured it should work fine. But due to the way the Interact action works, it looks like it doesn't.
Below are the results of my work: ninety pages of champion build advice, which accounts for everything currently available to champions as of the Advanced Player's Guide. The investigator is a curious oddity in a dungeon fantasy game. Where typical characters are built for delving dungeons, slaying dragons, and facing the worsts horrors of the multiverse, the Investigator is a much more methodical class, built around finding clues, following leads, and investigating subjects.
A character of mine recently died, so I have been building a replacement to show up in a future session. My DM gives us a free Archetype feat every 4 levels, so I was looking at builds that would make use of that, and landed on making a Monk with the Magus Archetype, specifically so I could get access to the Dimensional Assault Focus Spell.The Wit Swashbuckler Style action is Bon Mot. If you don't care about reducing the enemies Will Saves, then it's pointless. Now, if you have an Occult caster targetting Will easily, Bon Mot both builds your Panache and builds the caster's spells, 2 birds one stone, but also the proper way of playing a Swashbuckler.

Hi all, I have been having a real difficult time figuring out my familiar for Pathfinder 2E. I have a 4th level Magus build and we were able to convince our DM to let us have the free archetype if we could provide enough reasons over the course of time. Plus, the build adds an additional focus spell with Magus Dedication. Dimensional Assault, which allows the Flash to teleport and attack with a single action, might be the spell that ties everything together. That said, spell strike has to be recharged between uses. Unfortunately, the Magus class in general doesn't synergize well with the Bladed Scarf; the melee Dex-based Hybrid Study gives no benefit to a two-handed weapon. This isn't build-breaking, but it is a bit suboptimal. That aside, the only major flaw I see in your build is a lack of Athletics proficiency.
