Dealer is saying codes show over heating but it was running 100 to 110. Sled had never been over heated ever. Remove the pipe and take the case cover off to drain and clean it out. Re-tap the holes, they are a M6-1.0, and replace the bolts. The bolts skidoo used are a POS and they have a tapered edge that will strip out the casing when you put them back in. Sold mine with 9000 miles on it in 2015 (2012 that I bought brand new) never had 1 issue. I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. Never even changed the plugs. Exhaust leaks on these Mercedes diesels cause a turbo boost performance code 2631. The engine will derate eventually until the problem is repaired..
