I know that to get the best performance out of these kind of bullets, you need to be on the higher end of in terms of velocity. I usually really like 140 gr Barnes TTSX (can't find any, anywhere) for my Savage 7mm-08 using 43.6 grains of RL-15 - good accuracy and no obvious pressure signs.
